Ordering & Membership

Do I have to be a member to order?

No, anyone is welcome to order. If you would like to receive the member price discounts and benefits you would need to become a member.

How do I become a member?

When you check out you will have an option to purchase a membership. You can also go to the members area to get more information and purchase a membership if you would like.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover. If you would like to pay by check or money order you are welcome to. Please send your order with payment to: The Fabric Club P.O. Box 767249, Roswell, Ga 30076. We can not guarantee availability on items sent via the mail. We will contact you immediately if we are sold out of any item you have ordered.

When can I expect my order?

All orders are filled and shipped within 3- to 5 business days from receipt of your order. We ship orders Monday thru Friday. All orders are shipped from Roswell, Georgia. Some Special Orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

If you have an order that needs faster shipping, ex. next or second day, please call us at 1-770-642-6442 and let us know that you have put this on your order. Otherwise your order will be processed in the normal amount of time and shipped using the method you have chosen.

Once an order is shipped
approximate transit time are as follows; Eastern part of the U.S. is 1-4 business days. Central part of the U.S. is 2-5 business days. Western part of the U.S. is 5-7 business days.

What if I have a question or problem with an order?

We will do whatever we can to be of assistance. Please call us Mon.-Fri. 9am-5:00pm EST at 1-770-642-6442. You are also welcome to email us at customerservice@FabricClub.com All emails are answered within 48 hours of receipt.

Do you ship International Orders?

Placing an Order:

1. Enter the yardage you would like to order in the Quantity box. Please use eighths for fractions. Example: 2 1/4 = 2.250

3. Click Add to Basket

4. You will immediately receive a message to let you know if we do not have the quantity available of an item you have ordered. You can choose the quantity that is available or click Remove Item.

5. When you are finished either click on additional products to view, or click Purchase to send your order. You will receive an order an email confirmation of your order.

Changing Your Order:

The Fabric club allows 48 business hours to process and ship order. If you would like to make a change to an existing order it must be within this time period. If you would like to make a change after your order is sent we will be happy to accommodate you, but you will be responsible for all freight charges incurred.

To make any changes to your order please call us at 1-770-642-6442. We will need your order # and any other pertinent information.

Checking on our order:

To check the status of your order go to Your Account. Once you have pulled up your account you can click on the order number you are interested in and will see all pertinent shipping information.

Do I need to become a member?

Anyone is welcome to order from the Fabric Club. You do not need to become a Member. If you want the member benefits then you would need to become a Fabric Club Member.

What is the cost to become a Member?

The cost to become a member is only $10.00 per year. Our membership is not automatically renewed, but you will receive an email when it is time to renew your membership

How can I become a Member?

You can click here, Purchase a Membership, or you can purchase a membership while you place an order. Just click Purchase a Fabric Club Membership when you do to your cart and it will add it to your cart.

When will an Out of Stock item be back In Stock?


Since manufacturers shipping times vary you are welcome to call us for an estimated date of arrival. We can be reached at 1-770-642-6442. You can also welcome to choose the Fabric Club Informer option and our store will email you when it arrives.

Returns & Refunds


The Fabric Club offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with any item you are welcome to return it for a full refund, minus shipping. Please return your fabric within 7 days from receipt.. We do not accept returns on fabric that is already cut. Please enclose any paperwork pertaining to your return, ex. Inv. #, piece(s) returning, etc. All returns should be sent to:

The Fabric Club does not allow returns or exchanges on fabrics that are special order. Please ask to receive a sample before placing an order.

Special shipping charges incurred per your request, Ex. Next Day, Overnight, 2nd Day, etc. are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued after we have received your order. If an order is lost in transit, the freight/postal company must acknowledge that the order is lost. At that time we will then refund or replace the order.

Shipping Charges:

All shipping charges are calculated at the time you place your order. They are actual charges from the carrier you have chosen. You will see all shipping options while you are in the check out process. You choose the method you would prefer. The Fabric Club does not charge any handling or additional shipping fees.
